Entry
Getting through the gate.
Online through the official Simply Piano ticket channels, or in person at Liquorama outlets at Riverwalk, Molapo Crossing, Southring Mall, Railpark, Tlokweng Border Gate, Mogoditshane, Royal Aria, Phakalane and Kgale Engen. Tickets are valid only when bought through official Simply Piano channels.
Tickets are issued as QR codes and sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp when you buy. Bring the QR code on your phone or printed — it is scanned by a marshal at the gate. If you bought add-ons with your entry ticket you will receive more than one code, so bring them all.
Bring your ID / Omang. At previous editions, entry tags were collected before event day at announced collection points — watch the official channels for 4.0 collection details.
Simply Piano 4.0 runs from 2:00 pm on Friday 25 September through to 6:00 am on Saturday 26 September, as published on the official ticket listing.

Security checks are carried out at entry points. Organisers have described working with law enforcement and private security firms, with crowd-control staff on site across the grounds.

Simply Piano's organisers have said of previous editions that they work with law enforcement and private security firms, and that security personnel and medical staff are on site to handle emergencies. Exact medical-point locations for the 4th edition have not been published.
