What this website does with the information you give it.
What this site collects
This website does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It does not set marketing cookies.
The only personal information it handles is what you type into a form — the Wave List, the vendor stall application, the partnership enquiry and the general enquiry form. That includes details such as your name, email address, phone number and the message you write.
What happens to it
Form submissions are checked on the server and then either sent to the Simply Piano team through a configured delivery channel, or handed straight back to you to send yourself — for example as a prepared WhatsApp message.
Where no delivery channel is connected, the site tells you so on the spot rather than storing your details silently or implying they were received.
Payments
No payment is ever taken on this website. Ticket purchases complete on the ticket provider’s own secure checkout, under that provider’s privacy terms and payment handling. Simply Piano does not see or store your card details here.
